These fees are set by the court—not by us—and must be paid before your case can move forward. Filing fees vary by case type, county, and court level (Justice Court, Superior Court, or Federal Court).
At our document-prep service, we make the process easy. We prepare your paperwork, explain which fees apply to your case, and—if you choose—file the documents on your behalf. Your court filing fees are always passed through at cost with no markup.
